During 2017, my colleagues and I went to PAGANI AUTOMOBILI (visit www.pagani.com).
It was one of the most inspiring days of my life. Not only for what PAGANI represents in terms of design and cars but also for what a medium size company could achieve in terms of perfection as a whole.
We had the chance to visit the factory and to witness the production process. Everything was perfectly neat. Every single part of those fabulous machines has its unique serial number… The idea behind is a continuous, beautiful and productive flow.
I dream with an organization with this ideals and standards.
